Illegal Game On Appstore ?? MINECRAFT

Guy made a lot of money from this game

Game is in Appstore from 13 february,its 3 months of very high income

Is this Illegal?

    Im thinking it will eventually get taken off.. just send an email to apple complaining I think

    BUT since there is a disclaimer at the bottom of the description.. I dont think it will be taken off

    Yes, there is a disclaimer. The thing is how can It have so many downloads, since It's not the same game the screens show and it's still on the app store!

    Apple is removing cr(apps) like this one - just send them an e-mail. We - serious, and legal developers should fight with such actions - false apps, as this one, take money, and places in Top Paid Apps that should belong to real devs.

    It happens all the time. Just because apple approves an app doesn't mean it should be on there. They have hundreds of people reviewing apps, and not all have the same level of knowledge of what should be out there.

    There have been numerous Nintendo ripoffs, there was an illegal version of duck hunt out thee for awhile, and a version of Pokemon yellow. The best we can do is report when games like this slip through the cracks.

    He doesn't even know the name of his own game. In the text he speaks of EclipseCraft instead of DerpCraft. LOL.
    Have you seen the reviews. I would take shelter if I was this guy... ;)

    Apple should remove this App as soon as possible.

    By the Way, Google such Developers banned forever, and they have no chance to register again

    @TheMoonwalls I like Eden too (even thought it is a Minecraft clone and a darn good one).

    @EatingMyHat I must missed something here, so these are not even full games? Sort of like that Call of Battle or what ever the heck it was that portraits itself as a full fledge 3D shooter?
