Actor moving with Camera - Please Stop

Must be missing something fundamental. WOuld like to know how to have Actors remain stationary relative to the game field rather than moving horizontally as the camera moves. Using the Cannon Physics template

    See which layers are checked as scrollable. Any actors in an unchecked scrolling layer will stay on screen (like for a HUD). The checkboxes are in the layers palette.

    @petergamer … in that template the Ball actor controls the camera
    and all but the HUD layers … are scrollable …
    check: Inspector > Scene > Layers
    and check the BallActor's rules/behaviors for Control Camera

    the camera follows the cannonBall
    and the other actors remain stationary as they have no sceneMovement behaviors
    …and when scene scrolls they keep the place you put them in.
