Hello
If I want to publish to the mac app store will I need to change all my rules that contain:
Actor receives event: touch: is pressed
To-
Actor receives event: mouse button: is down
I think a few of the sous could help me out on this one
or someone with past experience

No you dont need to change any of the actual rules.Also just so you know mouse button is down is not the same as touch is pressed. Mouse button is down will check for a touch anywhere in the scene.
All you have to do is change any text on your instructions or anything that say tap or touch to click.
