just renewed as apple developer, now I can't get my apps to my phone for testing

So I just renewed as apple developer and now I'm getting this message when I try to save my app to my computer for testing

Code signing failed. Make sure your provisioning profile, developer certificate,
and WWDR certificate are installed.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Ah, I did have to remake them! even tho the account didn't expire.
