My pictures are blurry!

Hi everyone, i was wondering if someone can help me! My pictures are coming into gamesalad blurry, but on my device they are clear. I watched TShirtBooth's video on Optimization and i made sure my picture(s) were at good resolutions (when you divide by 2 it is an even number). Maybe in this i did something wrong: Since iphone and iphone 4s has retina displays i created (in this case my splash page) a picture in photoshop that was 960x640 at 320 dpi (i think i was suppose to do it at 326 dpi) . When i put my picture into gamesalad, and drag it into the scene, for 1 it is very small and i have to resize it with the resize handles and 2, it is blurry. Can someone help me please i have to always preview on my device to work with this with precision. Thanks!
