I already registered a Amazon Appstore account for developer, But, I can't find a place to fill of my bank account in Developer Portal, I'm using non-U.S credit card Is Amazon Developer Portal available for non-U.S Developer?? Do I need a Tax for that??

BTW: Is the IAp work if I publish android game ?? How can I set up a link to gift my game in app?
