hi thanks for quick response! yeah i have constrain self.position.x to game.mouse.position.x and the same for y I can place the actor but want to be able to leave it there and collect another actor (I also want to be able to go back and move them around if this is possible)

Have you tried tshirtbooth's rule to see if it works (it does)? If not, how are you setting up your rule (can you post a screenshot)?
