can i use the troll face in my game?

i want to use the troll face for my actor when he is touched but i don't want to get sued or anything and also tshirtbooth if your reading this, is it ok if i use the art/graphics you gave me to use in my game?

    Yeah, of course it's copyrighted, Carlos Ramire filed the copyright in 2008.

    I think it's copyrighted or something like that. Fairly recently, possibly. Google it!

    tshirtbooth thank you man!!!! your a life saver from making my game look like a pile of poo, well its my first but its coming along good, and i was talking about the pushpanic art you gave away and miscart. with crates and such
