No "Tax Info"

I don't see the Tax Info under settings, and when I go to the direct link I get a unauthorized error message. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    @Oopslarted If your going to reject someones answer you should probably give them some sort of response. @jckmcgraw was trying to find out more info and help you. He prob wont bother at this point. If your talking about the tax info on the GS profile I believe that is only for Pro users. If you are a pro user you need to contact Customer support to have that turned on.
