We just released our first game using Game Salad. I wanted to take a moment to thank all those who helped. I don't know if I would have been able to complete this project without your help.

I'm still very new to the software so there are sure to be some rough edges, so please feel free to send along any feedback you can think of. We value it all.

The game is entitled 'An Impossible Game', first in the 'mrWalrus Presents' series. After I get a couple updates out I plan on starting on title number 2.

    By the way, I wanted to also share the thread I put together over on toucharcade.com so that others might benefit. Touch Arcade has a good number of eyes swim through it on a daily basis, thus not a bad place to announce your work.

    Much thanks to you too, sir.

    I plan on going over your tutorials, FMG, to see where I can improve the title. I'm having a little trouble with the block getting caught on edges sometimes. The underside of platforms is also an issue I need to sort out better. I placed the boarder around them so the block doesn't 'stick' to them but I think my solution is taking up more processing power than I'd hope. Especially since I imagine it's not the proper way to fix the problem.

    Adado, I saw your game posted yesterday on toucharcade by some users, which is part of the reason I decided to post the link to my thread. Being an active participant there helps a decent amount. The community seems to enjoy having a voice to identify with a game.

    As for the rest of the comments, they are very much appreciated. :)

    As for reviews, I'm eternally grateful for anyone who would take the time to write one. The only thing I ask is that you review it fairly. By that I mean, you don't have to give it a five-star rating, just because. I prefer everyone be as honest as possible, as that's the only way we truly learn from our mistakes.

    I was amazed to see my game up on Touch Arcade just a few hours after it was approved. I guess there is an API or something that they can quickly scan for new stuff pouring in!? My "release date" wasn't until today (3/11) and the 3/8 titles are still showing everywhere so...

    Thats not a GS game, two devices wifi linked??, but your vid underneath looks great:) you should be in marketing,..best of luck ..you deserve it:)

    The two games are different.

    My version is officially called 'mrWalrus Presents An Impossible Game" the one with the well produced trailer is called 'The Impossible Game' and was originally on the XBox Live Indie channel. The version created for the iPhone was created using cocos2d. Which, due to performance issues, is the new engine we're having our version recoded in. I'll update the board when the conversion has been completed.

    While I'm posting I should plug my latest game called Straight Aces (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/straight-aces-free/id370651990?mt=8) it wasn't made in gamesalad, but it is free. :)

    I'd love to hear any comments anyone has on any of my games. I figure that's the only way you can truly get better.

    I wanted to let everyone know that the new update of 'An Impossible Game' (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/an-impossible-game/id358810324?mt=8) is in the App Store!

    Thanks to the latest version of Game Salad (0.8.7), I'm happy to report this is by far the best playing version of AIG yet. I can't thank the guys at GS enough for the progress they're making with the code base. I am now very much looking forward to releasing new projects with the engine (and soon). :)
