Mac App Store - The installer package includes files that are only readable by the root user

This problem has been discussed a few times last year, but I have only just had this error myself so wanted to include my fix for it. All the previous discussions are now closed and their solutions were a little cryptic, so I'm posting my version here!
Others suggested chmod, but I'm not too up on that, so here's the longer, cleaner way round this error!!

Worth mentioning that you will have to republish your app through Gamesalad - that .pkg you just tried to upload is broke and needs to be remade before uploading to Apple!....

1. Right click your GS file for your game - MyGame.gameproj
2. Show Package Contents
3. Select EVERYTHING and Copy
4. Make a new folder
5. Paste EVERYTHING into that folder
6. 'Get Info' on the folder
7. Unlock it if you need to
8. Make sure all permissions say 'read & write'
9. Click the gear icon
10. Apply to enclosed items...
11. Select EVERYTHING again, and copy again
12. Go back to your 'package contents' and Paste over it, replacing the lot
13. Open it in Gamesalad and republish!

Hope this helps if anyone else has the same error. For the record, I think my problem has stemmed from the fact that I have been setting my files up onto Google Drive and copying between 2 computers and syncing to the online version and all that gubbins!
Cheers
Wayne
