Need help with Basic Shoot Em Up game.

There is this "Tutorial" on youtube that shows how to make a Basic Shoot Em Up Game:

The problem is in Part 2, he skips a huge part. So i need someone to tell me what exactly you do there.
Ex --- How to add enemies, how to shoot, etc...

you might want to consider downloading the code for some of these examples and learn from it. There are also many templates in the marketplace that might have the logic that you are looking for.
