Loading screen is too long, any solution, please?

Right now, I am working on a simple game.
Then, I port to an iphone 2G.

It takes almost 40 seconds for the 1st loading screen.
I think, it is a bit too long for a player to start playing a game.
Switching between 2nd , 3rd , and etc screen will take around 5 seconds.

Do I do something wrong?
Or it is because of Game Salad?

    Well I just looking me project size.

    My project size is 6.5 MB.[ not compose yet]
    In my opinion, just only this size it should not loading for this long.

    Sometime, I open my game on Iphone, It will automatic exit after the loading scene done.
    It look like my game take all off the Iphone'rams.

    Sounds like you are crashing the 2G phone.
    The 2G phone is a very primitive processor and has little ram.
    If you game exceeds the ram...it will crash and the phone will dump the app...which it sounds like that is what is happening.

    Either optimize or abandon 2G compatibility.

    when you run your game in the simulator, what sort of memory usage are you seeing?

    how big is audio, images, engine?
