is it possible to make the camera move upward without control camera or gravity?

    The only way to do anything with the camera is to have an actor with the control camera behavior in it. You can have an invisible actor that has the only job of controlling the camera. then in this invisible actor you can use rules and behaviors to do almost anything with the camera.
