adhoc publishing problem -39

when trying to test my adhoc app it says unknown error, code -39. tried from the publishing window in gs and by dragging the adhoc.app to itunes. any ideas?

    where do you get the error? iTunes? Make sure that you used an Ad Hoc provision and not an App Store one.

    using an adhoc distribution provisioning profile. totally wiped my phone clean - no apps, no photos, no video. i also deleted my iphoto cache, as was suggested on macforums. still get the error. any other ideas?

    figured out the problem. totally didn't have to do everything i had done:( oh well. it wasn't working because I was saving it in my bootcamp folder rather
