Hello every one,

So I'm going to make a start to finsh tutorial on how to make the game "Firefly Hero"

The tutorial will inculde the menu system, the score and the basic gameplay

    It sounds like a great idea! I'm sure people would benefit from seeing it. I don't care for the invitation for people to "like" and "awesome" your post, but I think if people reply in the comments, that should be a good indicator of interest level.

    @crazycam99 ... thanks for doing this ... I run a AppClub at a school so having something like this and tsb's vids is very helpful for a lot of people (so take this as a +30) even thou its just me posting :D .... as far as suggestions ... if it fits with your plans any chance you could use the read/writes tables for levels, scores etc? But in any event will be watching and following for sure.

    I hope you don't mind some constructive criticism. You're demonstrating how to build a game, but not explaining anything. For someone well versed in GameSalad, this shouldn't be a problem, but if you hope to help newer developers or people who don't automatically understand everything you're doing, you'll need to explain the "why" of the steps you show.

    I think the way you're doing it is still valuable, since when you're done with all of the videos people can follow the videos and create the game, but if you had the time and interest to include more guidance, it would be even better. I also personally find it more interesting when I hear the narrator explain rather than just say "now I'll put an actor here, now I'll change this attribute to 17, now I'll delete this actor, etc."

    Yes plan the videos out before you do them and explain everything and what it does.

    Download the game go to options than credits and there is written it was made with inkscape and cocos2d.
