rotating and move an actor

Hi!
so i see how to move an actor and then i see how to rotate an actor, but how do you do both for the same actor....what i am trying to do is to be able to drag an actor into position and then rotate it.....

There's a @tshirtbooth demo for that: http://gshelper.com/gs/rotateand move.zip. You can drag from center and/or rotate from edges.
