No, not at all though you will have to do some tweaking

Obviously Gamecenter stuff wont work on android and you will also have to account for different screen sizes on android handsets. All in all the majority of your game code will work on both platforms

I don't know of a tutorial or website though i'm sure google has a lot of info on Android specific publishing

I'd say the actual game part of the code should work on android with no tweaking done except gamecenter which is IOS only

The 2 worst things about publishing to android that comes to mind are different handsets with different screensizes and screen ratios and also the fact that unlike IOS you don't know what OS version any given android user is on (I know some IOS users aren't on the newest version but it's not anywhere near as fragmented as on android).
This is because it depends on who manufactured their specific phone/tablet. For example, my Sony Tablet S just got the ice cream sandwich android upgrade ( version 4) where as my LG Optimus 2X is still stuck on version 2.3 so in the end you're going to have to test specific games on different version and handsets if possible and decide on a cut off point for android version supported

it sound like a pain in the ass for that, jajaja. I think the best way as you said earlier that i discussed what iPhone version and iPad version and Android version to use. Because if not, trying like that we'll never sell a game jajaj , but i least i don't have to change any code as you said. Most of the game they don't do any publishing and still sell, ii don't' know why jaja it's kind a curious about it, and for you?
