GS wants my confidential information..?

Hi there, people. I hope the morning is treating you well? I just have a quick question : When starting up GS creator on my desktop, I get a message every time - "GameSalad wants to use your confidential information stored in "Gamesalad" in your keychain, Do you want to allow access to this item? Always Allow / Deny / Allow"... was wondering what this is about, whether it's legit...? Up until now, I've pressed 'Deny', but just wanted to know what it's all about...

All It is asking is to use your GS User login info that is stored in your keychain on your mac. No reason to not hit always allow
