Collision troubles

I have an actor that is movable and mouse constrained. I have it collide with another movable object (not mouse constrained). As usually with a mouse constrained actor the collision detection is sketchy. Any advice on how I can sure up the collision detection. I know the expression for keeping it within a fixed area as walls don't work with mouse constrained actors and such but but not sure how to create the expression with two moving objects. Thanx for you're brilliance in advance.
