Write and display own text on the fly possible?

I tried to search, but I didn't find anything. Also didn't try too hard, I admit :-)

Now I want to know, if I can add my own text in game using the iPhone keyboard.

For example, I call a text field with a button, then I write my name into it and hit enter and the text is displayed on the screen.

I know, there were somewhere a post about writing names into highscore, but I can't find it.

If it is possible, how would I do it?

Can I make a "screenshot" function with gamesalad?

Which makes a screenshot, like if I were pushing the home and power button?
