You should know that most requests are not answered and not reviewed. The fact that you sent them the requested information does not mean that you will be one of the 1% that actually get reviewed.
You need something really eye-catching or completely different about your game for them to take a look at it. I was fortunate enough to get a blog post written about mine. It took weeks from the time I originally submitted it to them.

@EatingMyHat Your 1% figure is probably very accurate. To increase your chances of getting a review you should make sure the app is good, that your description of the app is concise and interesting and don't forget to include the iTunes url and price. Offer a promo code if the app is not free. Sites that large will get 100+ app submissions per day and my guess is that you have 15-20 seconds of the recipients time to make an impression.
Those that are reviewed probably have a 3-4 week wait before publication if their process is similar to ours.

These type of sites take their review process very seriously. The following is a general statement as I like 3xl's game. This is where the nicey nice GS culture deludes people as they think they have a great game because everyone is being kind and says it's nice, but when you go outside to sites like this they won't be so kind. Their job is to provide their audience with an HONEST review and this is where you find yourself unprepared for a bad review because either, 1. You don't listen when accomplished game people give you advice on here or 2. People don't have the courage to tell you the truth. You think you are being kind but what you're really doing is passing the buck for someone else to be the bad guy and tell them the truth. Plus you provide the person with false hope and are not helping them prepare for the realities of a tough world.

I was forced to face life at a very young age and grow up fast. I was traveling the country for my families construction firm by the age of 15. I'd seen more life by the time I was 25 than most people see in a lifetime, including a stint in Hollywood as a screenwriter. I know what it means to swim with the big boys who aren't playing at life and what awaits those with dreams of more than a nickel and dime destiny. So if you dare to dream that big be ready....

The next game I submit to them, I hope they take a look at it because of the game itself, not my age.
