Noob question about writable tables.

Hello there, I'm new to writable tables as I imagine many of you are. I've been trying to allow a player to touch a box, and let them write a word in it.
My first problem is that I haven't been able to get anything to display a table value. I've seen many of TshirtBooth's tutorials, as well as the entire new webinar and I still can't get it ;_; Picture below to show what I have. I also tried naming the rows and colums and writing their names in parenthesis.

The second thing is that I can't specify which table/row I want the keyboard input to affect, I can only select the entire table.
So please help, and thank you

What else do I need to display the attribute? I have the table, and I refer to the table on "Display text". Is there a step I'm skipping?
Room called "song8" actor on bottom right should be trying to display a table. Shows "0"
