IAP testing profile

Hey all,
So I have everything working with my IAP as far as I can tell, but I read you need to make a ad hoc account to "buy" the IAP rather then using your real itunes profile, but I can't find where I go to make a ad hoc profile on itunes, can someone let me know how I go about this

The account is needed for testing. It is called a Test User and not an Ad Hoc account.
Look under user in iTunes connect, you just need to create a dummy one.
