Quick question.

Right now my apple dev account is a indie account
This means when i submit apps it displays my name as company

My question is:

If i change my apple account sir name and last name to - MyCoolApps - f.ex.
and then upload an update to my already launched apps.
will the new name be displayed under company names?

Does Apple allow you to write anything other the your real name on an indie account? Creating a company is very complex where iam from

Nope. Apple requires you to submit a notarized copy of your articles of incorporation to do that. Other than that It's a Legal thing as you are by the rules of law doing business as yourself and to legaly do business under another name you must form an sCorp or LLC. It is illegal to do business period under another name without proper paperwork.

Look up "Fictitious Name" or DBA (Doing Business As). These are what you are looking for. You do not have to incorporate to do business, but you do need to let people know it's an alias. The Cheapest DBA uses your SS#. This means, if you get into trouble... it's YOU who gets in trouble. If you get a EIN number Then it protects you and your personal stuff from being taken. An EIN is basically your company's SS#. Two different numbers help you is you get in a lawsuit. They can take your company, but not your house.
Most places can do a DBA on line. If you need an EIN then they have to mail a bunch of crap to you, and have stuff noterized.
When I signed up for Apple's Developer account, it told me NOT to enter a screen name, or alias. It said I had to enter my real name, or there would be delays in my processing.
