I changed the camera in each scene and it seems like that's all I'll need to do EXCEPT there is a black bar at the top of the screen. Is there a way to move all of my actors up so that the black bar is on both top and bottom, like wide screen on your television?

I highly, highly recommend the "Project Resizer" tool from Deep Blue Apps. Its not a panacea, but it does greatly reduce the amount of manual work you'll need to do.

You need to change the camera origin then too, I had to do this on my recent conversion, some scenes just did great with a size change but some of them required a little more tweaking.

changing the camera origin did not seem to work for me. in the iphone version, all of my actors with images, including the backgrounds were spawned in the scene. is this why? is there another way?

i'm confused yet again.
