Downloading Errors

I just purchased 3 items in the windows creator beta and I am unable to download them so that I can use them in my game salad creator.

Please help!!!

    I purchased 2 different backgrounds and also 2 different images, a frog and a cockroach. When I go to download them, I keep getting the same error that says the 404 isnt found.
