How to use the "Add/Remove Row" Behavior?

Playing around with some of the new behaviors in 0.9.93, and came across the "Add/Remove Row" behavior. Not sure how you would use it?

When I added it to an actor, it gave me the options to pick the table, and choose add or remove a row. How can I tell it to insert specific data into that row?

Seems useless...

Lets say you added a row to the end of your table. How would you know what the row number was?

The change Table value is useful only if you know the row number that was added...
