Can't Publish in Gamesalad?!?! What IS this?!

Alright, I've finished my game, getting all hyped up about getting it out there. I've gone through this procedure before, and so I hit the "publish" button on the upper-right corner. I entered all my information and hit the publish button, when:

"The file couldn’t be opened because it isn’t in the correct format.
The file might be corrupted, truncated, or in an unexpected format."

What does this mean, and how do I fix it? Please hurry with help, I'm anxious to get this app up and running!

How big is your project (MB)?

Try to save it under a new name and publish as a new app.

Macbook air. Latest version of everything.

Project is only 6.5 MB.

I'm trying your third suggestion as we speak.

I'm getting this same error message too- ever since I upgraded to 0.9.93.
My project is 98 MB.

Try publishing one of the sample projects to make sure that works

Thanks for all the help! I published it fine after renaming the game file using "save as".
Tshirtbooth, you were also right. I had two versions of my game named the exact same thing.
