spawned actor on layer

is there anyone here how to put that spawned actor to the layer? this means that.. every time the where camera-controlling actor leads to, the spawned actor still the display area.

    Not sure how are you relating Layers, Camera-Controlling actor, spawn and display area. Spawning to a specific layer would not necessarily mean that it will be in the display area.
