so changing main actor image won't change actors image on the scene?

i think before i could drag a new image into my actor and all actors will change to that new image, but now i have this actor that i want to change the image but the actors in the scene are displaying the old image, all actors are locked, so i have to go scene by scene to drag the image?

i believe all the atributes are unique, the rules will all update if you have not unlocked them.. i guess you could go in an put a one frame animation rule on the main one that would make them all switch to the new texture
