actor doesn't stay in place

for example, if I put down a background actor (so about the whole picture) If I then press on the play button then he stays there are not, then he goes down or you see him anymore and if I have 2 actors village in the image than also not thanks for reply.

I think you have to set those actors as NOT movable into their Prototype attributes. just uncheck the little square where it says Movable, and your actors shouldn't fall down anymore (anyway, that happens because you have Gravity On)

Yep, just uncheck "Moveable" in the actor under physics.
