I LOVE the GS community. It's absolutely amazing. So, I was just wondering...

How does one become a chef? This question may have been raised before, but I'm sure a lot of us will put in those years of sweat and blood to earn even the title of "Line Cook."

I'm sorry if this goes against the forum rules (unintentionally), and if so, feel free to end the conversation. But I'm still wondering...

    Basically the GS team on occasion adds some users to help out on the forums and with beta testing non-public builds. When they are in the position to do that they look around the community to those who go the extra mile to help out and those who appear to be very knowledgable. If they see someone they think will be a benefit to the program they reach out to them and see if they would be interested.
