saved key value persistence after application update

Hi guys.
I have a game with 20 levels. I'm planning to bring a new level every week thru app update. I save the last level in a key named 'last-level-saved'.
My question is: will the 'last-level-saved' key value survive the update? Will my players be able to continue the game where they left it?

Yes.. The update will not hamper your saved values..
Good idea.. to keep users glued to ur updates.. best of luck..
