So you're asking for someone to come up with the idea and then you'll code it? I think you'll have more luck if you come up with the idea yourself and then ask for help with parts (e.g. images, sound) that you need. Generally if someone has an idea already but needs a coder, they will advertise on the forums and then you -- being a coder -- can respond and help out.
