Mac app store question

Hi all,

I just joined the mac developers program and I need to know what I have to do to make my ios games compatible with the mac app store.

There doesn't seem to be a Platform for mac under the project info screen.

Do I have to change the dimensions of the game?

I looked but I can't seem to find any videos/info about this.

Any help will be appreciated.

It’s not a bug – it’s an undocumented feature

What size are you trying to publish?
iPad versions (1024x768) can just publish directly, but the recommended sizes are 1280x800 and one other size that I don't remember off the top of my head.

By the way, you can probably expect some decent sales in the Mac App Store -- it seems that people are really looking for games on Mac OS. I did absolutely NO promotion for my game for Mac, and it has been in the Top 10 in the Games-Kids category for the last week and a half (it even peaked at #2 for a couple of days, right after Angry Birds).

    Cheers JustMe74 that sounds promising!

So do you select iPad in the Platform select dropdown and then choose mac when you publish?

No. I just used my iPad version, but I selected "Mac OS" when I went to publish.
