I've created an actor called "Player" and I'm trying to drag him to the scene, but it doesn't work

When I drag the "Player" to the scene, the Rules Block glows and ask me to modify the rules of the actor. How to solve that?

What do the rules for the player look like, can you post a screen shot?

The "Move Down velocity" has the "key press" field with "s" and "down".
Those are the only rules.
