Black/blank screen when viewing on iOS devices

I am using GameSalad viewer to try testing on an iPad 2 and iPod touch g2. I have managed to install the viewer on the devices, but when I build the game, I am only getting a black screen, and no sound ether. I have tried different games including starting a new project and putting one white box in, but with out successes. It is working fine inside of GameSalad when I press play.

Any help would be much appreciated thanks.
