No I dont believe any one has done that. It would not be the most useful for creating your own original either as the code would be very specific to the story and puzzles.

As a creator of point&click adventure games, I agree with @tenrdrmer - it's impossible to make a template for this kind of games, unless everyone would make exactly the same game
