Screen Capture Application?

Hi I'm trying to find a Mac application for screen capture. Any good recommended ones? (preferably free)

    i normally just use the built in software on my mac you can use quicktime

    Sadly, free ones won't do you very good because they're very choppy with recording. However, I know if a simple one that's only around $5 on the MAC App Store. Just gimme a bit (at work right now) and Ill get you the name

    Thanks, I forgot QuickTime has it.
