Open your scene, then Scene tab, and then turn off autorotation, under Autorotate.
But I think that Apple requires for each app to work in two orientations (both Landscapes, or both Portraits).

You also have to turn it off while publishing - there's a special advanced tab.

Ok, sorry. Still do not know well the tools forum.
But my doubt persists:
How can I disable device autorotation in development?
