PHP / MySQL for High Scores

As suggested in another thread, I think that PHP / MySQL could be used for high scores. If I'm remembering correctly, the feedback on that idea was not so great... suggesting that it would be too difficult for Gendai Games to implement.
Actually, a large part of the ground work is already there.
V3arcade.com and ibProArcade... yhose are two vBulletin add-ons that enable you to manage flash games - with high scoring... even tournaments. I've added high score support to some of my Flash games. It wasn't that difficult.
Of course, will it be difficult for Gendai Games to add such support to GameSalad games? I'm not sure, but I think it would be great for game developers. It opens up some additional revenue streams...
1) Build your own community by hosting your own arcade.
2) Sell games to other communities
