Gamesalad Viewer Sound issues

Hi All

This is my first game, Can not hear any sounds when uploded the game to my iphone through Gamesalad Viewer.

All the sound files are mp3.

Dont have any issues with Gamesalad Creator it is just Viewer.

For game music, i am using the behaviour play music and for volume Game.Audio.Music Volume to 1.

Other behaviours i am using are play sound.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    Don't want to insult your intelligence, but the volume of your phone is up fully and mute isn't on right?

    yes the volume of the phone is not mute and it is full volume.

    I'm having the same exact issue.

    for me it ended up being the ringer mute. The phone will still play music and sound effects, however if you have the ringer muted - the preview app will not play the sounds.
