When and when NOT to contact support...
This has been raised a couple of times within forum posts. I, too, have beaten myself into flipping a coin to choose.
So, I just wanted to establish this. Is there any place on this site that tells you when or when not to contact support?
Or rather, is there *anyone* who can tell me when to do it (or not)? Thanks in advance!

Though to be honest if you think there is a problem with GameSalad send a report with all the pertinent information. Theres nothing wrong with posting about it on the forum too. but Support needs to know because while they watch the forums it does not get near the attention the actual reports we send in do. it doesn't matter how many people you find who have experienced the same exact issue. If support doesn't know about it. they cannot get it fixed.
