Why the publishing has been slow?

Hi, GS dudes.
A couple of days ago, I updated GS since been a long time. Afterwards, the publishing screen shows up very slow. It showed up in 3 sec before, but it is changed around 30 sec. What happen to GS? Or just mine has problem?

    Might want to reboot your computer...happened a few times to me but I finally got it working right.

    @master200012 Actually, it happens everyday. So I don't think that is caused rebooting.
