Move camera actor on top

Hey everyone this is what I have (I need to explain it so you guys get it and are able to help me)

Ok one actor is at the top of the camera and is moving back and forth between the upper left hand corner to the upper right hand corner

Now theirs is the ground actor now when I touch the screen a box will fall down and I need when the box is put down the camera moves up by a bit each time so that it gives the effect of the box going up and up now the problem is I have the camera going up by

Having a actor saying control camera and when the box falls on the actor the actor slowly accelerates up controlling the camera but the problem with this method it doesn't work that well because I can't stop it and the actor at the top will not go up with the camera anyone know how to solve this issue plus how can I get the scene to have a infinite y axis

So to recap

1. I need the camera to go up by a bit each time I put a new box Down.

2. I need the spawn box actor to stay at the top of the camera

3. I need the y axis to be infinite

I don't think the y axis can be infinite.the background should be moving not the camera or box that would back it appear to be moving up because the background is going down.
