Ad-Hoc Question HELP

Hi there everyone! i got a few question about the Ad-Hoc, i know that Ad-Hoc is for the developer to test his/her game in the iPhone, iPad and

1) ANDROID also right??

2) Can i install it anytime or i have to install it before publish ? i think doesn't matter.

3) How many iPhone, iPad or Android (if its true for the 1st question) can i install and test it ?? i ask this, because i want some friend to test it and give me opinion before i publish it.
