Report Bug feature down?

Has anyone been able to report bugs lately? I keep getting a 404 error after logging in.
By the way the bug is consistent crashing of Windows GS whenever I try to delete a certain actor from my actors list. I don't know what makes it a unique actor because it's the only one that makes GS crash and I really want to delete it :-<
Also anyone able to change their profile pictures lately?
EDIT:
Ok I've realized that it only happens when you try to delete the actor under a Tag that you've assigned it to. So for Windows GS users if you experience this, just try to delete that actor from within the All tab. Phew.
