PlayHaven Question

Ive been away awhile. Im back and working on 2 games. Im not advertising in them. But there is the Brain Teaser Puzzle that Ive been adicited to for years and would be real easy to emulate on GS. So Im going to make it for free and do Kip and Playhaven advertising in it. My question is this.
My game will be ipad landscape, I want the playhaven advertising at the bottom. What is the playhaven banner dimensions. So my art work and game area isnt effected by the banner?

Is there a youtube video showing a game with playhaven on it. Any screenshots? I need to know how the interaction works. And the cookbook section didnt really answer my questions.

    Playhaven Does Interstitial Ads. Meaning between scene changes you can specify if you want an ad to appear or not. Think more along the lines of Words with Friends or Draw Something free version ads that show up in between turns and such. So no banner ads like iads
