Two questions about actors

1ª: If i change an actor in "X" scene this actor chance for "Y" scene too.
I can fix this?
2ª: I have a lot of actors, I can join all in one folder to something like the scene 1, and have a second folder to the scene 2 so they do not mix?
I can fix this?
